Ok folks,the following instructions should generally apply to all forums.

*The first step u need to take is open an account with a hosting site such as

(photobucket is the site i use)

*second,in the top right corner of your photobucket accound u should see a diolog box with the word ''browse'' in it.click on the box,u should see a new page,titled ''chose file''.

*click on the pic u want to upload to your ''photobucket'' account.when u click on the pic,it will automatically fill in the upload box on your photobucket account.

*now just click on the box marked upload on the photobucket page and your pic will begin to upload .

*once the photo has been uploaded look further down the photobucket page,u will see your pic there with 3 box's under it.

*all u need to do now is copy/paste the opition box with the prefix ''Img''
to the forums message box.
